Toowoomba Regional Council’s Smart Cities implementation project

We recently completed the Toowoomba Regional Council’s Smart Cities implementation project, which IN4 Manager Mike Hsu actively supported.

IN4 was engaged to manage the project from end-to-end, including preparing the implementation plan for the project, managing procurement and market engagement, project execution, construction, contract administration, commission, handover and operational  support.

We are still engaged in providing operational support to Toowoomba Regional Council to see the ongoing success of the project.

We were able to work with Council to deliver the IT change management project, setting up delivery and governance models in accordance with desired outcomes.

Supporting Council throughout the change process was a primary focus for IN4, ensuring that visibility and engagement were provided across impacted departments.

We received very positive feedback from Council and are excited to see how the project is meeting  desired outcomes for the city.
