Case study: Technical advisory work in the Pacific Islands

Recently, we were engaged on behalf of the Department of Foreign Affairs and Trade (DFAT) and Australian Aid to support an NGO in the Pacific Islands.

‍

NGO, the Pacific Urban Partnership (PUP), works alongside the Pacific Islands' national and local governments, and community stakeholders, on a wide range of infrastructure projects to achieve sustainable urban development.

Process

‍

IN4 Advisory was engaged on behalf of DFAT and Australian Aid to provide technical advisory services on current urbanisation and sustainability projects in the region.

‍

Outcome

‍

We worked with PUP to bring to fruition their website development project, apply for funding for urbanisation and sustainability projects on the organisation's behalf, and provide high level review on project scopes and budgets.

This was a rewarding project and we loved working alongside PUP to deliver successful outcomes for their organisation.
