IN4 was engaged to develop project governance documentation and a suite of management plans to advise and guide the client's various renewables projects.
This process also included managing project controls, including scheduling and cost planning, procurement planning and commercial advice, and the establishment of risk management framework.
Throughout this project, IN4 also assisted with integrated design management of multidisciplinary consultants and provided Early Contractor Involvement (ECI) market engagement advisory services, contractual advice, design review workshops and developed dashboard and corporate reporting for the client.
Project governance enabled clearer and faster decision making for the client's leadership team. Effective project controls management enabled early intervention and the mitigation of risks, while procurement strategies fast-tracked market engagement and delivery outcomes. Corporate dashboard reporting improved the display of data and introduced automation in reporting.
