The Incident Response & Maintenance project strategic vision was to achieve incident response and maintenance excellence through implementing a collaborative and outcomes-focused network approach to incidence response and maintenance services.
,
IN4 provided corporate advisory and leadership to design a new six-year Incident Response & Maintenance (IR&M) agreement across the tolling operator's seven assets.
The new IR&M agreement was designed in alignment with operational needs and consistent with strategic asset management plans, codes of maintenance standards, concessionaire agreements and original equipment manufacturer recommendations.
We facilitated a successful interactive procurement process that included more than 10 engagements, encompassing technical, commercial, legal sessions and a special feature being asset tours (on a big red bus).
IN4 also awarded and enabled the transition from the existing IR&M operational model to the new network approach, with a strong focus on continuity of service to ensure appropriate asset management.
Throughout the process IN4 implemented the appropriate governance, experience and cross-functional consultation required to complete the project under a compressed timeframe.
At the completion of the project, IN4 successfully supported the award of the tier 1 service provider and delivered substantive savings across the project. The team also experienced several learning opportunities, while up-skilling the tolling operator's personnel in several areas also.
